Linea Mini-R Group Cover Installation Instructions

Tools needed:

  • #2 Phillips Screwdriver (standard)
  • #1 Phillips Screwdriver (small)
  • Flat head Screwdriver
  • Bar Towel
  • 7mm open end wrench
  • Needle nose pliers

 

STEP1:  Remove (2) screws using a phillips screwdriver.

STEP2:  Remove (4) top cover screws using a flat head screwdriver.

STEP 3:  Use a bar towel to prevent scratches, lay the top cover on the cup tray.

 

STEP 5: Remove (4)ea. brass nuts, lock washers, flat washers using a 7mm open end wrench.

 

STEP 6: Now you can pull the group cover off the front of the machine.  Disconnect the blue/black and red/black wires at the connectors.

STEP 7: Using your small phillips screwdriver, remove the (2) screws in the back of the group cover.

STEP 8:  Pull off the small plastic ring from the back of each LED light housing.

STEP 9:  Once you have the LEDs unclipped from the plastic housing, you are ready to install them in the new group cover.

 

 

STEP 10: Install the LED in the new group cover, push until it clicks into place.  The red LED goes in the side with the power symbol.  The blue LED goes in the side with the water symbol.

STEP 11: Now you are ready to re-assemble in reverse order.

-Connect the blue and red wires to their matching connectors.

-Install the washers and nuts on the threaded posts on the back of the group cover.

-Install the top cover using the (4) slotted screws.

-Install the brew paddle using (2) phillips screws.

Linea Mini-R Steam Knob Installation Instructions

 

STEP 1: Unscrew the steam and hot water cover plate by turning counterclockwise.

STEP 2: Using a flat head screwdriver, pry off the steam and hot water c-clips.

STEP 3: Unscrew the steam and hot water knobs, catch the stack of washers.

STEP 4: Screw on your new steam knobs, and re-install the washer stack for each knob.

STEP 5: Position the c-clip on top of the shaft, squeeze it into place using needle nose pliers.  Screw on stainless caps.
