For the past 7 years we have been building custom espresso machines, made to order. The Maker's Choice projects give us an opportunity to stretch our wings a bit, and put together some combinations of materials and finishes that we haven't done before.
I have been wanting to make a raw metal Linea Mini for a while, and it is great to see how it came together. The body and base are brushed steel, with walnut and brass detailing throughout.
